It’s easy to get your team ready for their close-up with our custom production package, which includes a scheduling form, a call sheet outlining the day, and a portrait guide to help everyone look their best.
Set up time of the mobile studio begins about an hour before the first portrait of the day. For best results, a clutter free space of 8' x 12' (2.5m x 3.5m) is required.

Located at Lakeshore and Carlaw, just east of downtown Toronto, our studio is easily accessible by TTC and offers free parking right out front.

With a professional hair and make up artist on set, we will make sure you look fresh and ready for your close-up. Be confident that you will look your best with our attention to detail.
Once we have captured a number of great shots, we will review and rate them on screen. With some guidance, you will choose your hero image, through a process of comparison and promotion.

Touchups included with every hero image

Your hero images go through a standard retouching process that includes smoother skin, brighter eyes, teeth whitening, softening of blemishes and “lawyer eyes”.
With this option, hero images receive the standard retouching process with the added bonus of advanced retouching techniques. Request a little nip and tuck, enhance facial contouring and colour swaps.

Quick and convenient image packages

Everyone on your team will receive their retouched hero image in a neat, ready-to-use package of standard print sizes and social media outputs.
Rest assured knowing that your teams head shots are easily accessible and organized on the cloud. Download, share, and post to your website, LinkedIn, Zoom and more.
Your teams photos are always backed up to a minimum of two physical hard drives at separate sites, as well as being backed up on the cloud. For additional security, request a USB back up.
